I went yesterday to order a babyshower chair, after a couple of hours i received a phone call from a family member that they had gotten one, so i called really early when they opened for them not to do the decoration on the chair, the manager actually yelled at me in spanish that she wasnt playin, well im not, i was being curteus enough to call them and tell them.. they said they wouldn't refund the money since i had placed the order.. the actuall employee told me that the manager takes madication for the nervouse breakdowns well i dont think she should be working with the public like that.. anyways long story short i didnt take the chair, called and cancelled way before and they still said no!! This is a totally faul store i dont reccomned it to anyone, i understand that alot of people go their for being a low budget, hole in the wall store, but next time i will rather go to a decent store even if i have to pay more but at least i know that if i dont need it i will get my money back RIPOOF's
