I just wanted to say Thank you to the Sales associate Jeff Dunn who went above and beyond with his customer service and helping me make my decision on my furniture purchase. I will recommend your store to friends and family.

I am so glad we went to Mor Furniture at this location. Mr. Jeff Dunn gave us the best customer service and was so knowledgeable to help us make up our mind about the quality and piece of furniture that will work perfectly for our home. It was a great experience.

My daughter and I went in looking for furniture, We were greeted with a smile and ultimately encountered Mr. Benjamin Sanchez. He was polite, courteous and professional. He was jovial and at times entertaining. Mr. Ben gave us the space while interacting with us without the pressure to buy. This is uncommon in this industry. Mr. Ben made small talk and found a way to connect with us, while being very personable. He walked us through the process and must have seen a bit of hestitation in me. He recommended that we think about it and return another day. We did just that. Our decision was to return and purchase the living room set. We are very thankful to get to know Mr. Benjamin Sanchez for the brief moment and will definitely buy more at this location with Mr. Benjamin like in the $100 dollar bill. MOR company has an exceptional employee in Mr. Ben, we recommend this sales employee. He enhanced our experience and it was a smooth purchase at MOR furniture. The furniture arrived 5 days from purchase!!!! Very much appreciated.

Mario Arcienaga did an awesome job in assisting us with a bedroom set that we were searching for. Mario was very friendly and nice and provided great customer service. He answered all the questions that we had and was very pleasant to work with.

Denise Annexy did an outstanding job of assisting us when we bought the massage chair today. Thank you, Denise!

Daneyse Castro Did a great job assisting us on selecting our matresses.. She first did a mattress test to see if we liked the mattress soft,medium, or hard..then she took us to see the selections they have...Great customer Service and we are now enjoying our new mattresses...Highly recommended this furniture store

Mor Furniture is the worst business to go to if you want quality furniture. I had and still have problems with mor furniture since 2013. Mor furniture showed quality merchandise on showroom but when you get your furniture there are numerous defects with it. I complained to mor about this and had an appointment for them to rectify this. They constantly had issues about fixing my defective unsafe furniture and upon constantly complaining to them to finally fix it they decided to cancel my service call without informing myself to where I lost a day of work waiting for them not to show. I had to cover up sharp edges so my children would not scratch themselves up again touching it. I had ikea beds and dressers before I bought my children what I thought was a superior furniture set. I ended up buying a lemon from a worthless company. Even upon informing mor I needed they defects fixed because of my special needs daughter with disabilities they still did not care. Even going through BBB they still will not do something. Mor promises you they will rectify it and even give something to you for canceling your service agreement and when you stop going through the BBB they go back against their word. I would not even wish my worst enemy to have to deal with mor furniture. Wish I could give zero stars but it looks like I am stuck with at least one star.



I even have pictures of this shoddy unsafe defective furniture if anybody would like to see them or also for anyone having problems with mor and may be thinking about a lawsuit or even if any attorneys are currently in litigation with mor. I can present the pictures and even testify if need be. If you want unsafe merchandise then shop at mor. If you want quality safe furniture that will not hurt your children then there are many more better furniture places out there.

Always happy to assist me in selecting and provided great advice when selecting our living room and bedroom set
