I never write reviews but this agency deserves to be known for the horrible service they provided... Older lady was rude and it's so disgusting the way she would reply to questions we had in regards to the flights we wanted to buy. not only did she seemed bothered by having to look for the flights we needed but acted like she was doing us a favor... She also got upset when I called her out on her contradicting herself! I will never go back for anything or recommend this place to no one. Too bad I have to give 1 star in order to submit my review I would have given 0
