This is the best 5 star rated nursing and rehab center in national city. i had my knee surgery and had my rehab there for 2 1/2 weeks and they did an excellent job. the nurses and rehab team are amazing. the facility looks old but the care which is most important is the best you can find in the area. i heard they were remodeling. i might go back there to visit..if you dont believe how great they are, check the medicare.gov website, its all there. the website is the survery results from the state for all nursing home in california and paradise valley is pne of the very few 5 star facility in 91950
