Abel gave us excellent service. He was very professional and helpful. We were not going to buy a car, but he gave us the possibility to do so by finding the financing that we needed. I was pleased with my experience because he made the process easy and smooth.

Looks like after reading through the the multitude of negative reviews McCune Chrysler has on Yelp! and many other sites, they have proven them to be true! How they are allowed to continue to deal for Chrysler is mind blowing!? From poor sales practices and promising what they "would" not deliver to a lack of customer service (should be "annoyed to have to deal with customers") in the "service" department I will never deal with them again. I will also never allow anyone I know or talk with to put themselves through any dealings with McCune. McCune is a disaster!

they sell unreliable cars and talk their customers in to purchasing a car from them. im having a lot of issues with the car i bought..their service department don't know what they're doing..and so i had to go to a different dealership to get my car fixed. they kept telling me that nothing was wrong with my car, but when i went to the different dealership to get my car diagnosed, they found exactly what was wrong with it and were able to fix it. if you want to avoid becoming stressed out, so make sure you really look at the car you are buying to make sure there aren't anything wrong with it or better, go to a different dealership.

I am having tons of issues with a car purchased last week... I cannot get anyone to call me back, the receptionist is an idiot... and the sales people are rude... I WILL NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THEM AGAIN!!!

We live in Carlsbad, but make the sixty mile drive to McCune Chrysler-Jeep-Dodge without hesitation whenever service is due or a new vehicle is in order. My family and myself have purchased two Jeep Grand Cherokees and one Dodge Truck to date from McCune Chrysler-Jeep-Dodge and were treated exceptionally well.



When it comes to service, both McCune Dealerships remain open for their customers on Saturdays. There is a reason for both dealerships maintaining their Chrysler 5 Star Ratings: Work is done right the first time and the costs are reasonable. ( My wife and myself have been down the road of having owned expensive European built automobiles. ) None of these was free of maintenance to the extent that our Jeeps and Dodge Truck have been and the cost of servicing those "bavarian dreams" was brutal. ( Buy American. Save some money and stay out of the repair shop outside of anticipated preventive maintenance. )
