When we noticed our refridgerator was leaking water, I called my home warranty program. In turn I was referred to 1 Call Service. Tim (owner) promptly contacted me and thankfully was able to schedule an inspection the next day. The technician diagnosed a blocked water line in my freezer compartment causing water to overflow down into my fridge compartment during the defrost cycle. I was given precise instructions by Tim and the technician to prepare for the actual repair appointment which occurred a couple days later. Also I was given a courtesy call before every appointment. On the day of the repair appointment, the technician was professional and worked quickly and thoroughly. Thanks to 1 Call Service, our appliance is working properly! Now, I've included this business in my home appliance contact list!
