we looked for a moving service and gather information, the owner call us back promtly to give us all the information and estimate over the phone, we agreed on the price. on the day we actually moved they forced me to pay in advance 2 times as much as what we agreed with a completely diference on the charges we originaly were told, when i ask what all the charges came from, the guy a skinny guy named DANNY he started yielling at me, been sarcastic and disrespectfull to me, told him that we are going to pay the services but i need to know what the charges are for, he contiued with the same attitude charged me as much as he wanted and he trated me no to unload the furniture. we called back to cmplain and anybody answerd our calls, they scratch a few pieces of furniture and lost a box with videogames. please make sure that go somewhere else this company really ruin our happy day and we felt assaultad without the possibility of an acceptable explanation.
