Provided by YP.comI give them 2 stars, because of giving me a really good discount every time I used their service for going to work. At day time hours they work OK, some of their drivers are nice people. But, if you need them at late hours like 11pm - 12am - Don't even bother, you will have to wait at least 20 minutes before they pick you up (even if you call them 6 hours earlier). Discount is convenient, but I prefer to pay more and get something reliable.

Provided by YPmobileIn leaving Stoneridge I was behind a First Class taxi driver who, while driving, was visibly working on his phone. He approached 69 and sat at the stop and cars behind him, including me, we waiting to exit. I lightly tapped my horn because I thoughg he may not realize he could safely turn since he was on his phone. He turned half way, then stopped, in the middle of the turn. I moved around his stopped car so not to cause and accident and approached another red light. He pulled up next to me and started telling at me. I could hear his screams through the closed windows and AC. I looked forward and ignored him as he went in his rant. He then proceeded to follow me, but I diverted my transit to another destination so to avoid any conflict. In calling the company to file a complaint I learn from the dispatcher that this man is the OWNER!!! He is driving his company car and yelling at women at traffic stops. Disgusting, CLASSLESS, behavior. I have never called upon their taxi service and, now, never will. I have always used Tri City Cab and will continue. They have excellent, fast, and reliable service. I have never been harassed or yelled at by any member of their company. Stay away from this company.

Provided by YP.comTruly amazing! Driving my 6 yr old daughter to school this morning and the buzz cut young blonde Caucasian male driver with tattoo's all over both arms, decides that we aren't going fast enough at 37 in a 35 off the gas, approaching a red light and in the last 200' of road before the light, he's gonna try to punch it in his prius and go around me on the right to pass and cut across to the left turn lane. A huge hurry for what? No surprise he doesn't make it with not enough room and while along side us he starts giving nasty looks and mouthing something, I just shook my head no and he rolls down his window yelling obscenities, lurching out the window, hands off the wheel throwing his arms around, and threatening me wanting to fight. I hoped leaving our windows up would help my daughter not hear him but even though she could not make out his words he frightened her still. he had to slow down regardless to change lanes to turn left which we were relieved he didn't continue to follow. Having one arm in a sling injured there was nothing I could do but keep hands on the wheel to drive on. So after dropping off my daughter at school and obviously now I'm upset at this drivers conduct, I instinctively call the manager at the number on the drivers car. I gave him a description of the driver and attempted to tell him what occurred saying that a guy representing your company like that is likely to get arrested and the car impounded or probably get the fight he's looking for someday, either way highly inappropriate. This manager (Scott) starts right away cutting me off by insulting me and trying to accuse me of some kind of injustice saying he's going to call police and say that it was me threatening his driver?! I asked if he was even listening and that I wanted the contact for the owner of the company but he refused, going on about his ridiculous front of, it must be my fault his driver was acting like a complete psycho. Obviously this company does not hire employee's that live up to their motto or can pass an aptitude test, and a driver with such road rage expressed at other drivers especially with no control of themselves when a child is involved, is dangerous to themselves, other drivers and their own passengers alike. The manager didn't even care about the facts or details of the incident only implying that me being upset by his drivers actions was unreasonable? wow, If I had the time this morning I would have loved to file a police report for the gross misconduct of this young tough guy driver with his head out his window and his angry face yelling at my child and me for simply not being in the hurry he was apparently in. That's some real first class service alright.
