I called at 12:30 on a saturday night to have my mother picked up and brought to my house. She was new in town and didn't know my address or the number for a cab. The driver told me he was five minutes away from her location and was very rude about picking her up! He wouldn't wwrite down her pickup address because he just kept repeating it over and over. He wasn't listening to me when I tried to explain she was new in town and due to small children I couldn't pick her up myself. Needless to say, I wasn't very confident that he would even show up to get her so I asked him "did'nt he need the address to drop her off???" Thats when he snapped at me to just call someone else!!!" Not only was he very unprofessional and rude but M.A.D.D (mothers against drunk driving) doesn't have anything on this lady! Thank God I was sober and able to find her another cab company but I hate to think of those other people out there that had a couple two many and end up driving drunk after coming across this CAB GUY!!!!
