Most horrible taxi service known to Earth. They were NOT always like that but in the last year something very bad has happened. I would NEVER use them again.

I went online at 10:30 a.m. And schedule the cab pickup for 4:30 p.m. That day. I called at 330 p_m to confirm the 430 pickupeverything seem to be ok. 430 came around no cab 50 came around no cab 530 came around they call me in to let me know my cab was on the way. I start work at 5 00 p.m.. I called another cab company they got to my house within 20 minutes of me calling them. my question is what happened between the time I scheduled online and 430 why could they not get there.I saw all the reviews on Google but I thought I would give it a try anyways big mistake never again.
