I bought my first car at 321 drive and tried to return it one day later. It was shaking and making a screeching noise. A technician at 321 drive told me that I was correct in assuming the noise and shaking was abnormal and to wait it out and see if it improves on its own... I was so scared of having a bad car I tried for hours to get them to let me return it. Sadly they would only exchange. I exchanged for a red truck that ran smoothly for 28 days then died on the side of the highway. Towed the truck in and 321 fixed it after we saw it sitting in the lot untouched for 7 days. They also charged us a fee stating that at time of pickup our 30 day no service fee guarantee has expired. The truck died 7 more times, and 7 times we took it into the dealer using all of our tows plus uber. I racked up a bill of 300 in tow truck expenses and 475 in uber going back and forth to and from work.
Moving on...
I walked into 321 drive, truck on tow truck waiting to be unloaded in lot AGAIN and sat down finally with a manager.
I explained to Andrew all the problems I had and he was relatively fake sympathetic. He told me that they would do whatever they had to, to fix the truck or I could exchange it for a different car. I asked if he would just take the car back and he could keep the payments I had made. ( 2,000) for a car that worked for 28 days. I really tired everything I could think of to just give the car back, get my deposit, and move on to a new company.. or at least by a 6 k car with no payments !!! My only option was to "exchange" the truck for another car on their lot. Andrew said he would give me a FAIR price for my troubles. I just could not wait and see for another month for two or if they were ever going to fix my car... It was costing me too much money.... SO I chose ... his words not mine to " exchange the truck for a similar priced SUV".
OFCOURSE the SUV breaks down not more than a week after I began driving it. THREE CARS. 2 and a half months of payments and insurance, and two and a half months of ubers and tow truck fees / service fees in!!!!! I am DONE!
I ran to 321 drive, demanded i speak to a manager and waited in the office for an hour. It wasn't until I started stating loudly in the office how much bs i went through and that I will be getting a lawyer that a Manager ( you all know who) came down to talk with me.
I demanded that they give me back my deposit and they can take the now almost 3,000 dollars plus service fees as a consolation. HAHA WRONG ! The end result was a fee of 175 to fix the third car. YES THEY CHARGED ME. and the heartbreaking truth that they tricked me when i returned the truck for an "exchange" . Because i had had the truck for a ' long time" it was not considered an exchange, but instead a trade in! In this situation, instead of having 6,000 down on at least the third car that will hopefully work, I instead started the process all over again with the SUV. 6,000 gone, my first three months payments gone. The "fair price he gave me on the SUV was 1,500 off the sticker price" ...
I at this point have now given 321 drive 9,250 dollars and have a balance due at 15,500.00. For a car that costs 15,500 all due to my trade in not exchange deal I was scammed into.

I finally have the finances to hire an attorney and will keep you all updated. I think a Class Action should be in the works after reading more posts! I just read a post about a mom and daughter being straight scammed out of there 1000 deposit and having to call the police due to the office locking the mother out of the office , away from her daughter, and then proceeding to yell racial slurs. I feel horrible that another person has had to go through such horrifying experiences and loss of finances due to the scam artists at 321 drive.

By the time most people wake up in the morning to see this it will probably be taken down by 321. 1 year ago we purchased a car from them and they car has been a dependable car. About 2 weeks ago the check engine light came on and we narrowed the problem down to the thermostat needing to be replaced. It was not easy narrowing it down considering the codes ranged from low coolant, thermostat or a sensor. The never ran hot so we were leaning towards it may be a sensor. We decided to have 321 put a new thermostat in the car. Samantha told us to let her know when we could bring it down to be worked on so she could go ahead and have the part their so we would not have to wait all day. We scheduled a day to be there my wife arrived a lil after 8am and waited till 1pm and the car still was not finished around 3:30pm Samantha called us to let us know the car was ready. 15 minutes later she called back said it was running hot for us not to come yet. 30 minutes later she called again said that they got it fixed. 20 miles later the transmission goes out. Towed the car back to 321 (mistake) 2 days later we were told it was an internal problem in the transmission. Samantha offered to put a junkyard transmission in for $1200 at this time I was still hoping the transmission was a coincidence. I decided to have a 2nd opinion after talking to 3 licensed transmission mechanics we find out when they ran the car hot it burnt the transmission fluid and melted the plastic parts inside the transmission. We paid a licensed mechanic to rebuild the transmission and he did find that the transmission fluid had burnt and melted the plastic components. We asked 321 to help in some way they refused to make an offer and stand behind their mechanic. I have proof and will be turning it over to my attorney tomorrow unless 321 is willing to give a reasonable offer. My attorney advised to me talk with them first to see if they were willing to help but that didn't work thanks Gabriel for the worthless phone call and smart a** remarks about out situation. I actually thought since yall advertise you try your best to help customers that we would be basically laughed at. My companies Facebook page would be loaded with happy customers also if we paid them to post good comments. The only good thing about this place is Brandon the salesman he should be the GM maybe I wouldn't be reading all the other bad comments about 321 when you Google reviews.

Had My Vehicle With Them For Almos 2 Years. Great Cars And Great Deal But Manager Mike Morgan Is Extremely Rude To His Customers. Talk To The OtherManager, Atleast He Will Help You Out Without The Attitude.

I was browsing Craigslist a few months ago trying to find a cheap car. I came across an add that said "We Will Finance Anyone". I thought yeah right, I have heard that before. Just out of curiosity I decided to call and see what they would say. I have been a lot of other places that said they would finance me only to leave disappointed. This time it was different. I have had my CTS for a couple of months now and love it. They worked with me and got me into a car when everyone else said no.
