Hired the company to treat for carpenter ants. They came by my house to treat and collected payment that day. I was told that I was going to receive a 1 year warranty. This is where they get you. They are impossible to get on the phone after the initial visit. They will not pick up the phone or answer voice messages. When you do get in touch with them they say they will call you back. This never happens. I found this company through this Yellow Pages site but was fooled by all the good reviews. I am convinced that the good reviews are not true. The owner or workers are most likely creating email accounts to write positive reviews. I urge anyone that is looking to hire this company to check BBB (Better Business Bureau). They have a rating of "F". The poor BBB rating is from Warranty and Service Issues. Exactly what I have been experiencing. Stay away from this company!!!!!!!!!

They are very fast to take the first call and to charge you the money. The so-called 90 day warrenty is really BS. First time they came they sprayed. Week later I saw the pests again. Took me 4 days to get someone on the phone, and then the service guy never showed up. I had to take 3 vacations days to get he guy finally over, after missed appointments. Flash forward 2 weeks, and I am still having problems, and have left voicemails for 4 days in a row and no one replies. There is a reason they are the lowest price. I can strongly suggest you move on, I just hope you read this review before you move forward with this firm. If I could give this a negative rating I would. Going to end up repaying another company to fix these problems. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!

Called heses guys 3 weeks ago because of a squirrel problem in my attic.

They send someone promptly to take my check and install a trap.

But when I called a few days later to let them know that the bait was gone and the trap did not function, all I got was their voicemailbox.

Left a message...no call back.

Left another message today (still no live operator)....

Called several times: no live operator since they cashed my check

I have filed a complaint with BBB. Enough said.

The only reason I gave them 1 star is because you have to in order to write a review. We have a Pharmacy Beetle problem in our apartment. The first time they came they were prompt and on time. Treated the apartment and told us we had a 1 year warranty if they didn't go away. Well, they are still in our apartment and I've been trying since August to get a technician back into our apartment to re-treat. They don't answer their phone, they don't return calls. If they do and I'm able to make an appointment they don't show up. I feel like I'm dealing with a completely different company then everyone else on here. I don't recommend them AT ALL.

My husband and i own 3 buildings in different locations, we have had problems with roaches, mice, and bed bugs. We were not satisfied with the company we had initially hired to take care of our properties. And ended up hiring 4 seasons, they answered all our questions and advised us what measures and preperations needed to be taken. After experiencing their work, we have decided to hire them for monthly service and are pleased with the results.

i hired this company on behalf of my elderly mother who was having a bedbug problem. i had many questions and concerns as far as treatment and getting rid of these pesky bugs they informed me of everything from what will be done to what preperations needed to be done before treatment. I must say they made me feel at ease and put my concerns to rest it has been 2 1/2 weeks since treatment everything has worked out great and most importantly no more bedbugs.

i was having a mouse problem in my brownstone. My wife contacted 4 seasons and of course asked a thousand questions! They were very patient and empathetic and addressed all of our concerns. However we called a few other companies as well but in the end decided to hire 4 seasons to take care of the problem They came, treated our home, sealed the voids and until now we have not had any more problems. I must say we are very satisfied customers and would hire them again thanks guys!

Three years ago I got bed bugs. After one treatment from 4 Seasons, the bed bugs were gone. They then came and treated my apartment building for mice. Again, after one treatment, no more mice. Unfortunately, I just had bed bugs again. Of course, I called 4 seasons. They can that day and treated my apartment. They are thorough and reasonably priced. I will always call them if I have a pest problem. Thank you 4 Seasons!

The guy was great in taking care of the carpenter ants in the bath room wall.

I must say that after hiring 4 Seasons for an ant problem I was having I am completely satisfied. And I would surely use them again.

Nice work coming in and sealing all the holes in the basement, kitchen, and bathroom. the mice are done with.

They treated my apartment for bed bugs and we only had to be out of the apartment while they treated it and we was able to sleep in our apartment the same night and we got to keep our old bed! they really made this easy for us. very weel done. Thank you.

I WOULD LOVE TO THANK YOU GUYS FOR ALL YOUR HELP. I HAVE TRIED SO MANY PEST CONTROL SERVICES BEFORE AND WAS NOT ABLE TO EVER GET RID OF THE RACCOONS. THIS PEST CONTROL COMPANY CAME TO ME ONCE AND I HAVE NOT YET SEEN ANOTHER RACCOON. IT WAS SO SERIOUS THAT I WAS CONSIDERING MOVING FROM MY HOUSE IN RHODE ISLAND. I DO NOT FIND ANYTHING ELSE TO SAY ABOUT YOU, BUT THAT I WILL HIGHLY RECCOMEND YOU TO ANYONE. ONCE AGAIN THANKS FOR COVERING ALL THE HOLES WHERE THEY WERE COMING IN FROM.

My Son had bites all over him.I got service the sameday and no more bed bugs! My son could now sleep!
