On the day I received a call back from them in 20 minutes after I called. Then the locksmith called me and came to my home within 20 minutes.

He just tried to play with the lock for few minutes and gave up and asked me to pay for the trip. Since I was under the impression that I was being charged for the basic default amount told to me on the phone because he did not repair the lock, I went ahead and paid with my card.

Later on I realized that I was being charged around 3 times higher than that. When I called them back first they said they would send me the difference via a check..

Now they claim that I was calling the wrong company and they did not visit me. When I tried to call back they just blocked me.

I find that this is extremely unfair. They gave a poor service and also charged much higher than what they quote

In fact the guy was even reluctant to put the lock back on to the door. When I requested him he was sulking and was suggesting me to do it.
