DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY

I recieved a "confirmation" number for a pickup on Friday 8am. It was a No Call No Show! I called the number for hours only to get a voice mail box that was full... After contacting a real person, I soon discovered that their mail box wasn't the only thing "full". I made another appointment for the day after (saturday), at 3pm. Again, No Call No Show. Ofcourse with my furniture now out in the halls of my apartment building this experience had become truly disheartening. After reaching them at 5pm that Saturday (a gentlemen named Chris), they aggreed on yet another day, Sunday at 3pm. Not holding my breath this time, I called a real company and scheduled my move on Monday just incase. Sunday rolles around and to my amazement NO-CALL, NO-SHOW... Wow!!! This is not a business at all and I have contacted the Office of the Texas Attorney General and asked that they investigate this company. Whatevery you do, DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE A COMPLETE SCAM...

They held my stuff for ransom!

My sister and I needed a truck and some movers to help us get our stuff out of storage and taken to our new apartment. I was told it was $65.00 an hour with a minimum of 2 hours and any time over that would be prorated. To start off, the movers were late, the contract was barely readable and both of the guys had very bad body odor. It only took them 80 minutes to load up the truck. They proceeded to follow us to our apartment going 45 to 50 miles an hour, on the highway, which wasted another 15 minutes. When we arrived at our apartment, the driver drove the truck over the curb and onto the grass. Then he pulled the contract out and had written in the price, $479.98! Which they wanted in cash and before they would open the truck and start unloading! It was as if they were holding my stuff for ransom! I only had $300.00 on me and even though they were done in 3 hours and it should have only cost $195.00 they charged a bunch of fees and taxes and said that the $300.00 I gave them would do. They then got back in the truck and accelerated through the grass and off the curb, tearing up my new yard! I tried to call their office and complain but its a cell phone. I tried to get the address to go down there and complain but there is not one listed. This company is a scam! Will they move your stuff? Yes, but only if you're willing to pay the ransom!
