These guys were honest and professional but most of all fair. I would recommend them for any Heating and air conditioning work you may need. Now a days to find a company you trust is unusual . You can count on these guys to do it right.

I have used A1 Cooling for 4 years now.. We own two homes and I have never had a problem. They have always been responsive and prompt. I have called in the Summer time when it was 100 degrees out and they would send someone right away. When I called about my moms air conditioning and told them she was on oxygen they never hesitated to be there. There prices have been very reasonable. As a result of there excellence in service I have referred them to my neighbors and friends all who have been very satisfied. I would definitly recommend this company to you.

Upstairs AC went out. Was charged $320 for 1 hour of service; $159 for Diagnosis & $161 for 5lbs Freon. 8 days later AC quit working. I was leaving town when this happen, placed call to the office and left word to call my cell phone and/or my son's in order to have someone come out and resolve the problem. I never received a call, my son did, only to be told, they could not accomadate his work schedule (he could be home @ 5:30 p.m.) This company did not follow up with me (owner of the home) to see if they could make other arrangements nor did they care about customer service. I would not recommend this company for 2 reasons; 1) NO CUSTOMER SERVICE 2) Cost too high

I now understand 5lbs of freon does not cost $161
