Provided by YP.comThey showed up and worked hard. The two workers (Mike and Jerell) were very pleasant. We had them come 3 times. The 3rd time was a day or two after the last time we were there. We understood we wouldn't be paying for them to come out the 3rd time, but they bliled us anyway. When we finally got a chance to call them, they said it was too late to change it. They said the owner would call back. He didn't. When I finally contacted him about the bill today, he was extremely rude, kept speaking over me, calling me "one of those kind of people" and insinuated I didn't pay my bills in general. I tried explaining that I felt it was unfair to be billed twice when the first time was not effective. The men came, jetted the pipes, and left. The pipes weren't really cleaned out and plugged within 24 hours, so I thought he'd cut me a break. The first bill was 250 or so and he said that was cheap. The 2nd bill was for over 300. Our main problem was the overall attitude and customer service of the owner, Jeff Goldade. I would not recommend anyone to use this service because if there are problems with what they did, they are not at all open to discussing their billing. We will pay them, but will not ever ask them back nor recommend them to anyone else. Customer service is just as important as results. We were unhappy with both.
