These people are scam experts! We have never owned a pool before so we knew nothing and needed information. I paid to have my pool opened and another $100. for inspection and detailed instructions. They came out pulled out equipment, not really explaining much at all, mostly stories about other jobs. Thew in 2- 1 lb bags of something he didn"t tell us much in the way of real instructions. I asked for more information and hands on instructions for after he left, he replied he'd be back on his own time to give those instructions. We had 2 weeks of problems and phone messages and made and broken appts. I finally called the office and apparently the guy that came out didn't want anyone to know he was planning to come back. Not the way they do things, I was told. Once and out! Phone info and advice without even seeing the pool. I told him we had not gotten any of the instructions I had paid for and he said that he'd only help over the phone, It didn't help! Between Leslie's pools and our warrentee Company, we've found out how big a scam these people really are. We tried everything to resolve the extra we paid for instuctions but they are blocking and not returning our many many calls! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE FOR ANY REASON!!! I gave them one star only because you can't leave it with none, which is my first choice.
