well Mr Wade C not sure who you are talking about but we have never recived a dispatch under your name I just went back through our files so please get your facts right before you post your probably talking about a-1 city towing which is a different company and second only reason a car would be taken to our lot for storage is if the insurance company told us to till morning when it would be dropped at the destination they wanted it to go

Horrible, they brought a tow truck, that was suitable for the type of car. When they were told not to tow the car with that tow truck as it's not the right type, an needed a flat bed, an that car was to be taken to a certain place. The drive refused an said it would stored at there storage unit. The driver, then started a verbal argument, then called his office. The office called me back an was rude, an argumentative. Hung up on them! The Ins Company was already sending another company out,with a flat bed truck.
