I like NICE people and the driver that picked up my car a couple weeks ago was simply NOT NICE. It was difficult for me to trust him with my vehicle in his possession when the person handling it just didn't seem to care about me, my troubles, or MOST IMPORTANTLY my vehicle. I realize that there are probably other workers that may be better than this one I dealt with, but one bad experience ruined my impression of this company. Obviously customer service is not high priority for them. Having to have your car towed is not the best experience in the first place, and then to have people who are supposed to be doing a service for you make you feel worse, just doesn't help with the situation. I hope that I never need any towing service ever again, but if I do, I will look elsewhere and use A-1 as a last resort.
