I called John this afternoon after realizing yesterday that my garage door spring had snapped in half. John originally said he'd come tomorrow, but called back a few hours later saying he was in the area and had time. He was in and out in 40 minutes and my garage door is good as new! He even took care of an awful squeaking noise it's been making since we moved in a year and a half ago. He taught me what to do to maintenance the door to keep it in great condition and didn't try to oversell me anything I didn't need. I 100% recommend John and A 24 Hour Door Service. They were quick, efficient, and affordable!

Fast and friendly! I called about 7:30 on 1/31/17 and Robbie was to arrive between 9:00-9:30. He arrived around 8:45 and was done by 9:15. Would highly recommend this company. From my initial phone call to the finished project all went well!

Called at 7am. Robbie arrived at 9:30 as scheduled and had all repairs done by 10:30. Very friendly and bright. Excellent and fast work. Highly recommended.

Professional and perfect. I called this company to repair broken springs on garage door at 3 PM. technician Mr. Robbie came at 4.30 PM and replaced springs, set tension, lubricated parts and set the correct settings by 5 PM. It works perfect. I recommend.

I am very impressed with this company! I called on Mother's Day (a SUNDAY and a holiday) and they made it to my home quickly. They got the garage door working in no time. The guys were professional and courteous.

Called this Monday morning and had a service tech at my door within an amazing time frame. Professional, and knowledgeable. Introduced himself when he got out of the truck and jump right on to the problem.

I scheduled an appointment with John for the following day. He and another fellow came out and had my garage door torsion springs replaced in no time. They were fast and when they were done, everything worked the way it was supposed to.

Called and got scheduled for the next morning. Arrived on time and replaced a reverse switch in 15 min. When my wife says that someone is "so friendly", you better believe it!!
