I went in to have a dime nickel size chip repaired. The installed the repair tool on the widshield with the resin in it and walked away to work on another car. I immediately saw the crack spread horizontally to about six inches long in each direction. i notified him of what was happening and he immediately came over and removed the tool. By then it was too late. He then asked me to come into the office and explained how this sometimes occurs. At that time he informed me that he could install a new windshield for 200.00. If he had warned me in advance I would never have had this procedure done. When I called the office to complain, the gentleman said it was a mistake on the technicians part not to warn me that the repair may not work. Bottom line is this company's mistake was now supposed to cost me four times as much as the repair. This company clearly does not care about their customers or keeping them. I warn you not to do business with this company as their non-professionalism and customer care are sub-standard.
