The customer service is GREAT. I was terrified when I came home to find hundreds of little bugs all over my floor. I called their office and the staff was friendly and very knowledgeable when it came to identifying my problem. They were even able to send someone out the same day. I'm very impressed.

I had a really poor experience...

I had a really poor experience with AActive. I am thoroughly disappointed with their customer service and Sentricon System. A-Active is great while they are trying to sell you their over priced Sentricon Sytem. They inspected my house in 2004 and sold me a Senticon system, they informed me that my crawl was wet. They never informed me that a wet crawl would void all of their warranties. I would think an ethical company would inform a customer of this. Being suspect of AActive from stories from other clients and friends I called a second company for an inspection in May of this year. The second company found active termites and damaged beams that AActive missed for years. I cancelled my service with A-Active and had a reputable and reliable company do the repairs. It Vostok me over $5,000 o fix the beams and treat for termites. I would never recommend A Active or ever use them again. I am happy o say that since I got rid of A Active my home is finally "bug free."be very careful in dealing with them and not get conned into their Sentricon System. Even other termite professionals will not use Sentricon on their own homes.

DO NOT use A Active. Yes, they come across so respectful (blue booties when they visit you--barf!) when they are trying to get your business, but once they do, they are not at all. In addtition, they are FAR more expensive than the others for DOING THE EXACT SAME THING. They will rip you off by charging you a monthly fee--make sure you count out what you are paying it is ridiculous for a pest company. We had them for Pest and Termite control---for two years and now we are stuck with a huge termite damage bill because the damage was not covered even though they say it will be. They say they pride themselves on being honest---Hahahaha! Not honest at all and all the fluff they love to show off to you is just that--FLUFF! Call someone else--you will not be happy if something happens!

We have used A-Active for years. The office staff has always been friendly and courteous and the technicians professional and thorough. We have service every three months and also have the Centricon service. It's well worth the cost.

They were very honest when I had them quote me on a new crawl space door. My space was very odd size and they were professional and on-time. These guys know their stuff!!!!

The person on the phone was unable to give an idea of what the fees were. When tech came to house he walked around for less than 5min. Told us we have rats (Not why we called them and we have no evidence of that) and then quoted us $489 dollars to set out bait and throw a fume bomb under the house. After that they would charge $89 a month and come out every other month to re-bait traps and re-fume if necessary. No thanks.

We had a yellow jacket hive in our front yard that erupted. I am a new customer and they were onsite less then an hour after my initial call. First the dispatcher, April, was very helpful. Our tech, Daniel, was both courteous and thorough and there were no pressure sales here as I have experienced with other pest control companies. Did such a good job that we signed up for the full-year service and they counted this visit's cost towards the yearly service! I would highly recommend them, and if you live in the Chicks Beach area, you'll be lucky to have Daniel as your technician.

It' not just about bugs, it's about respect

We were referred by family to try A-Active because we were being run out of our home by ants. Our son, who was 1 at that time, found them to be exciting new friends and was always trying to pick them up. I was not as excited and just had to get rid of them.

From the moment of the first phone call I could tell that this company really cared about me ��� a frantic lady with a child having a problem with ants. I could feel that I was not being thought of as the next sale. The appointment was set; they called the day before as a reminder and they came out when they said they would.

I really thought we were going to get the ���hard push��� to buy everything because our house backed up to a tree filled, very marshy like wetlands. That ���hard push sale��� did not happen. We were told that the ants were a problem and the treatment was simple. They treated inside at the areas in which the ants had already found a way in, but A-Active also created a barrier on the outside. And no matter how many times I called, and I called a lot because the treatment gets rid of them in the ground outside and not just on the surface inside, A-Active always came out.

It has been 5 years since that first phone call and A-Active has taken great care of us and our homes. The relationship that exists between our families is one that is based upon a high degree of respect. A-Active understands how valuable ���time��� is in this hectic life we live in. With that knowledge they have always given us consistent service. For the 5 years they have always called us the day before to remind us that our tech was coming out. They remind us of what treatment is being done. The techs have always been professionally dressed, courteous and respectful of our homes (they even wear these blue footies over their shoes inside our house if the ground is wet outside so they do not track in water, mud or grass). If I do not understand something or have questions they take the time to explain things to me so that I feel comfortable in knowing what was just done.

We know that we can always count on them for anything that is going on. No matter where life may move us to, if A-Active can get to us they will have us as lifelong customers.
