I am trained to look at the different components of the structure and determine whether or not the components are serviceable. Components (roof, rafters, celing joist, wall framing, floor joist foundation, outside sheating, windows, chimneys, doors, electrical, plumbing, heating and airconditioning, even landscaping. If you are buying an older home espically, or a new home it is my job to make you confortable in making that buying decision or advise of you of problems which may cost you money after the sale if you don't catch the problems. In some cases, problems Home Inspectors find are life threatening. I ask you when you look at a house do you go on the roof, or under the house, or in the attic to see if there are problems? I do, and when I'm hired to do a job I only work for you.
