Provided by YP.comThese folks proved to be perfect “DUI’s” -- Dishonest, Unprofessional, and Incompetent. On their first two visits, with me present, they not only did a poor job, but conveniently “overlooked” the laundry room (claiming they didn’t know I had one); “forgot” to dust two shelves of my wall unit; failed to vacuum one of two obvious walk-in closets (insisting that they had); began mopping a bathroom floor without sweeping or vacuuming it, first; left my things scattered around, instead of placing them back where I had originally placed them; talked constantly, and the list goes on. On her second visit, Sara, the owner, informed me that her sister, who was with her on their first visit, had been caught stealing from her own family members! (I’d hate to find out what she does to clients.)
Anyway, after expressing my dissatisfaction with their work on both occasions, Sara asked me for one more chance to "get it right,” and insisted on doing it for free, on my next scheduled visit. Although I wouldn’t accept a free cleaning, but would accept a discount, at most, she still insisted on doing it for free. So, long story short: Two weeks later, I expected them at around 1 p.m., but when they hadn’t shown up by 3 p.m., I called Sara to find out what the deal was. She actually had the nerve to tell me that she couldn’t work that day, but didn’t call me because she had, somehow, lost my number from the TWO places she had saved it! Hey, Sara, here’s a tip: If you feel the need to lie about everything, at least be GOOD at it.
