Their dispatch told me it would be two hours, unit 56 gets there in 45 minutes. Keeps in constant contact with me and toes it 15 miles to drop it off in my driveway, all for a great price and delivered with a smile.

Definitely reccomend!

Worst service ever received. My car was in their yard and because the staff members swap swifts I was given a lot of misleading information. This service charges a ridiculous amount of fees, a fee for paperwork processing, fee for the tow truck to leave the office, then another fee to have the tow truck bring the car to my house. Public please beware, never use this service.



I dropped off the paperwork to have said car dropped off at my house. They said within half an hour the man would be taking it. I WAITED 5 hours for my car to get dropped off. Then the man didn't even place the car off to the right.

They lie.... After being told they would be there in an hour I called 1 /12 hours later and they said they were still working on it and would be there. 2 1/12 hours I called and found out that they KNEW they were way behind. When I said give me the real scoop I found out I was still behind other people and based on their pick up and drops off locations just travel time for them was at least 1 1/2 hours so I would have had to wait at least that much more time. I called another company that was there in 30 minutes. If you CANNOT provide service to someone, TELL them, do not make them wait 4 hours until midnight just so you can have business.

We called our roadside assistance service when my husband's car broke down and they assigned A D Towing to pick us up. We spoke with the tow truck driver and gave him directions to pick up our car on Fort Bliss. We called an hour later to see why he had not arrived and he informed us that we needed to call roadside assistance back because he was NOT coming. He decided to take another call instead. He just left us beside the road and didn't care!! We had to wait another hour for a new wrecker company to come. MILITARY BEWARE!! Don't use this company!!

Went through my car's roadside assistance and they responded at the exact time they said they would, they towed my vehicle to the dealership and gave me a lift. Very professional and courteous. Not what you would expect from towside service but there you have it, some businesses still value their customers!

I am SO thakful OnStar called AD Towing and Recovery for me th day my transmission went out! I was told they would be to me within an hour; wll, it only took 25 minutes!!! Within 5 minutes, the driver had my large SUV hooked up and we were on our way to the dealership! I was allowed to ride with the tow truck. The driver was very pleasant, talkative, anad professional! Having car trouble is awful; however, AD Towing helped make my day much smoother by being so fast and efficient. Thank you!!!
