Apparently don't call there on a Friday at 2pm because they are closed. And can not help you. OH unless you have parked illegally, or the police call..because they will tow at any time..

I was at adiscount towing picking my personal belongings from my vehicle accident. As i was waiting my turn I could the customer yelling at the employee. ( I know it was him because he said he was going to write a negative review). After conducting my business i told the employee if he did write a negative review i would write a positive one. The guy had a truck towed for dui by one of his employees. he was very mad because he cut in line and the employee asked him to step aside so he could help the customer that was next. then when it was his turn he stayed on his cell phone even though there is a sign that cleary asks people to end cell phone calls prior to aproaching windows. because he was on the phone the two where having trouble communicating and the employee had to raise his voice so the customer could hear him. the guy was flat out rude and obnoxious from the minute he walked in the door. When it was my turn to be helped the employee was very kind and even helped my jump start my car to get in my trunk. please dont listen to the last guy he is a jerk

A-Discount Towing Is utilized by the Albuquerque Police Department. APD uses A-Discount Towing as a Police Impound Lot. We impound vehicles for DWI, No Insurance, Driving with out a valid Drivers license and many more reasons. We also offer towing to the public. After reading these reviews I was able to find out that each person that wrote the review had their vehicle impounded. Although i try to relate with these individuals its at times hard. It is hard because they are very upset. That is understandable. However, it is not our fault that APD called us out to impound their cars.

Horrible customer service…awful rude, degrading, stupid people. No clue on customer service. Hold your car for ransom. one star is too good of a rating.

They are rude, Rude, RUDE -- treating the customer like they're a mere inconvenience.
