Horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was rear ended 6 weeks ago by one of there insurers. ( THEY WERE AT FAULT)I have been calling twice a day for 6 weeks and no response to any of my emails or voice mails. I can only imagine what a person who actually pays this company goes through for customer service, though I just need a claim adjustor from this company. 6 weeks, 20 voice mails and no response!!! come on,,, stay away from this company if you want descent insurance and an ounce of customer service, horrible!!!!!!

Stay Away

There Is literally one lady who handles everything.If she is off there is no point of calling, whoever answers will tell you to call back when she's available. Leave messages, few days past before u receive a response. overcharges, and won't admit there fault just argue with you over it. CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT EXIST HERE!! Choose another company and thank me later. Cant wait til this policy is over, Im gone

Excellent Customer Service

Been insured with FIVESTAR for 6 years they just a couple months ago gave our family 7 sweatshirts and calendars, What a great company, and professional staff and friendly, they make u feel like family, my premium goes down every 6 months,,,IM STICKIN WITH FIVE STAR.

Risky company to get small car insurance

I canceled my policy in early June of '09 and expected to be told that my remaining policy refund will be mailed soon, probably 2-3 weeks maximum. I had to ask when I will get my refund about a week later and was told that I should expect the refund within 3 months.Since I luckily keep tabs of my finances, I had to call them on October to remind them that I canceled my policy in early June and I had not received my refund yet, and they notified me on the phone that I should expect my refund mailed to me within a few days.Moreover, they don't have an actual website that is user-friendly like the other insurance companies.

This company is excellent

Very fast courteous efficient service. They explain things clearly, and charge Illinois lowest rates. I checked a lot of other places, and they were substantially less than the competition.
