I am a NYC licensed contractor looking to remain local and sustainable. I have 5 years experience as a NYC construction site superintendent and 15 years experience in the trades so I know how to get things done correctly. The reason I am no longer in large construction is that I was frustrated with the lack of caring and pride that permeates the industry. I appreciate a job well done, which is what I am offering here. My rates are reasonable and I treat each and every project as if it were my own. I do lots of handy things around the house, such as painting, caulking, electrical repairs, electrical fixture installation (ceiling fans, etc), holiday lighting, plumbing faucet and fixture repair and installation, tilework and regrouting, woodwork, molding and trim repair and install, hanging shelves, mounting cabinets and wall brackets for flatscreen TV's, furniture assembly... you get the idea. All those lingering projects that just don't seem to get finished, or even started that you would love to get done! Or are concerned about doing correctly by yourself.
