I have never used A&J Towing and based on what I just witnessed, will never use them. A car was just towed off the Murfreesboro square by A&J. The A&J employee was very loud, rude, disrespectful and vulgar the entire time he was loading the vehicle. While the square and Courts aren't new to this type of behavior, we definitely do not expect it, nor appreciate it, from an employee of a towing service here doing work. There were many women, children, elderly, etc. people walking around the square while he was towing the vehicle and I can imagine if I was offended (which doesn't happen easily), they were as well. If you'd like specifics, the employee was highly disgruntled because "no one else was working" and he had to "go to f---ing Mt. Juliet" next. You know what...we don't care...you are being paid to perform a service and do so in a courteous way. Your performance and demeanor was ridiculous. Word of mouth won't be your friend or do you any favors based on the very public and loud performance witnessed here today.

I believe the other review was from a very close relative possibly financially linked to this business. The experience I had was less than desirable. I felt as thought I was back in high school, talking to people that were ill-equiped to handle issues that the real world faces daily. If you value your finances and, more importantly, your time- steer clear.

A&J Towing was great with which to work. They were timely, courteous, more than reasonable rates, and provided great service. They called ahead and made arrangements with our dealer to have the vehicle delivered.
