Would use them again, prompt and efficient. Freezer broken, thawing our food. Was fixed for a reasonable fee

I called this place when my oven would not shut off during a cleaning cycle.It showed Error code f3 e4 which I did further investigation to find out the Controller Panel Sensor was stuck on.I called this place,They came out,told me the same thing..so far so good right???? Well, I researched the Price of the controller panel..and it was 139.95 at sears...he wanted to charge me $339..just for the part,Thats more then I paid for the Oven when it was New in 2004.I proceeded to tell him,that I investigated the part on Sears.com and the price..HE would not believe it,SO,I called them and he talked to them..and verified the part and price which is what I told him it was...he went out to his van and called his little suppliers...and came back with a lower price of 279..but said sears was a rebuilt one.Thats what the "R" was on the part number.I recalled SEARS and asked them if it was a rebuilt board and they said NO it was the revision number of the part.



SO,I told him sorry but NO...And when he was leaving he said Well I cant go to sears and get your part because I wont make ANY MONEY on the part..which IS BS...IF your a honest business you would charge cost plus a profit he part and HE CHARGED LABOR and a expensive service call for NOTHING 15mins worth of work telling me what I already knew and Then he had the gull to tell me,that he has to make money on the part....cost me $70 bucks for nothing





DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE,THEY ARE A SCAM,HE was just guessing..he said,well if we unplug something and turn the power on..if the oven works the board is bad.....WELL,anyone with trial and error can figure that out...



AVOID THESE PEOPLE if you want your oven fixed and at a fair price
