Quoted a specific natural gas pool heater then delivered a different model for LP gas line. Said we had agreed to an LP heater instead of a natural gas heater. NO customer service, no follow up and very unprofessional when you address problems with them. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Owner is rude and hangs up on customers before he even hears the story regarding the work that his pool boys are doing. Claimed to be coming to clean the pool, when no one was home, but the pool would never look as if anything was done. To prove to myself that they weren't coming, I disabled the front gate, and he didn't even know it. The sweeper wasn't sweeping for 3 weeks, but they never noticed it. Also, the water level was below the skimmer line, and they refused to put water into the pool, saying they "don't put water in pools because it would take too long to fill." Horrible service and takes advantage of customers.
