This company was hired through Geico to tow my vehicle. They have the most horrible customer service. After waiting the driver and was told she was going to be late I asked them to phone me prior to getting there so I could meet them. She calls me and tells me she is at my vehicle and she leaving in 5 mind if I'm not there. Who does business like this? On top of that tell me she had other calls after me as if I made her late to my call and as if she didn't know to call me prior. very unprofessional but I blame Geico to cause they allowing this company to treat the customers they way they do. What if I would of got into a accident trying to rush there? Tell tour friends and family DO NOT EVER USE THEM..

I have rented U-Haul trailers from them multiple times over the last 18 months. They have always provided me with excellent service. Many thanks to Lulu and company.

DO NOT RENT A UHAUL FROM THESE PEOPLE. I REPEAT PLEASE DO NOT RENT UHAUL FROM THEM. THEY WILL TELL YOU THAT THE MILES ON THE TRUCK ARE ONE NUMBER THAN WHEN YOU GO CHECK IT'LL BE OFF AND THAN THEY'LL WRITE IT ON YOUR PAPER BUT NOT IN THE COMPUTER AND CHARGE FOR THOSE MILES AND IF YOU TAKE THE UHAUL BACK TO ANOTHER UHAUL THEY WILL CHARGE YOUR CARD FOR THEM GOING TO PICK IT UP. THAT'S JUST MAKE ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE!!! THEY ARE CROOKS.

Called for a tow, took money over the phone. Had to cancel tow and the staff was yelling in the background about not wanting to give me a refund. Person in background was rude. Everyone had a different time frame they said my refund would hit my account. Still waiting.
