I chose this circus of a company because they advertised "Our core cleaning solution, The Natural, is non-toxic and safe for kids and pets" because I have a small chihuahua and a 8 month old daughter. I also opted to add on Chem-Dry's Pet Urine Removal Treatment. I spoke with Charles and scheduled for them to come out and do the cleaning with the pet treatment add on. Charles insured me that with opting with the pet treatment that there is a satisfaction guarantee. They sent a technician out that had no clue on what he was doing from the start. And what I mean by from the "start" he couldn't even figure out how to get the carpet cleaning machine out of the van! He had to call someone to see how to unlock the system to take it out! So this means this guy technician is obviously new. Then he goes to use his "special light" that is supposed to illuminate where the urine satins are on the carpet and it doesn't work!!! So he used a small tiny hand held flashlight instead to look over the entire carpet. He completes the job and says that the pet treatment needs to soak for 48 hours and to stay off of the carpet and then tells me my total. Three days go by and the smell in my house is unbearable. It is a cross between chemicals and urine. FABULOUS! So I called the office and spoke with Charles since he stated to me the first time about guaranteed satisfaction and explained to him maybe the technician missed some spots since his "special light" wasn't working and he had to use a tiny (and I really mean tiny) light. Charles said "that light works just as good". He then said he will send him out to re-clean. So the same technician LUCKY ME came back out. And this time his "special light" was working but his brain wasn't. The "special light" has a cord that is about 2 feet long, which means he would plug it in to an outlet look in the 2 feet radius then move on to the next plug, and then to the next plug so on and so on. Until we asked "Don't you have an extension cord?" BRIGHT IDEA! So the technician went out the van and got an extension cord! WOW! So now the "special light is showing spots all over the carpet, which mind you the first time he came out he said that the carpets where not bad they just had small scatter spots (which makes sense since my chihuahua is a whopping 4 pounds) that did not need to be treated and that he was only going to treat one area in front of the door in the living room where there seemed to be the most spots and a few larger spots in the bedroom. So by him telling me this I felt that it was safe to assume that since I was paying extra for the pet treatment that the regular carpet cleaning would be cleaning the small scatter spots and the pet treatment was being used on all of the necessary areas. So I call Charles and remind him that he stated "satisfaction guaranteed" and asked him if I was being charged and everything went downhill. There was a total of 9 phone calls to Charles within 1 hour! Because Charles would say one thing and the "professional technician" would say another. AND PROOF THAT THE PET TREATMENT IS A JOKE! The technician said that if he cleans the carpets he will not be able to see the spots that need the pet treatment. Then I said how did you know where to use the pet treatment the first time since you cleaned the carpets first the last time? He stated that he remembers where the spots are. REALLY? So basically what I am being told is that they clean the carpets and then they "remember" where the spots are (since they can't see them after they clean them because they disappear when the carpet is wet) and then blindly pour the pet treatment on the spots that they "remember". And lastly, the technician says "I hope I get all the spots" since he was frustrated since he had to re-clean the carpets. BOTTOM LINE! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY!

You guys were the BEST! I met Robyn at Home Depot and she offered me a special on Carpet Cleaning. I never used ChemDry before but Home Depot knows what their doing, So I thought for $119.00 and Green and Saves water too, Sounded too good to be true. But it is true! A nice lady name Cher called and made my appointment. She was knowledgeable and kind. She made my cleaning date and time and Paul was my service technician and he did a wonderful job. He was in uniform and arrived on time and was thought full. After the completion I received a phone call from Arriane, she was touching base to see if everything was to my satisfaction. I told her Everything is Great! All the dirt is gone, It looks like a brand new carpet again. You know these guys are all great! And I think you should know that we do remember great customer service! Many Thanks. I'll call you, guys to do my mothers house now that I know She will be well taken care of. Sincerely, Raven

This company does not serve Morgan Hill. I made an appointment and was told they did but they cancelled the night before. Stated I was outside their service area, which they could have checked when I made the appointment and gave them the address.
