I was more than satisfied with the company. My 89 year old mother's electrical bill was $700 a month for four months. No one could find the problem. CLECO did not know what the problem was nor did the other electricians know what the problem was. Service Now came out and diagnosed the problem in a matter of minutes. My mother's electrical bill went from $700 to $120 per month. Awesome. So if you have a problem, I highly recommend Service Now for the job.

I am over 80 years old and my electric bill was over $500 per month and my home air conditioner ran all the time and could not keep my house cool. I just had my air conditioner replaced completely a year ago and have had several companies try to fix it. I called Service Now and they came out the same day and found attic air at over 100 degrees being pulled into the duct work when my air conditoner ran. Also the other company had put regular fiberglass insulation in my air intake to my air conditioner and I have been breathing those fiber particles all this time. No wonder I am a cancer survivor. I am a school teacher and my mother is 92 years old and her air conditioner quit. I called Service Now late in the evening and the owner answered...no answering service. He had a truck in my moms drive within two hours and got her in air. It was 95 degrees and she was sick from all the heat. Thank you Service Now for caring.

My dad was very ill and had Hospice at the house, people from the church, and he was in failing health confined to a bed. The air conditioning was not working and I called CEI because he was very hot and so were all the guest. I asked him to come out Monday evening but he offered to come out that same day (Sunday). There was no charge for the estimate and they were not the cheapest but far from the highest. They worked in a very hot attic and really did a greaaaat job and my electric bill dropped over $100 the first month. The old system never cooled like the new one and I have recommended them to my co-workers and friends.

I called CEI on a holiday and they answered their phone on like the second ring. They had a truck there in less than 2 hours and fixed my air conditioner because they had the part on their truck. The price was very inexpensive and my family was very happy to be in air.
