Valerie Johnson with A Simple Solution Estate Sale Company is a fraud and will not pay the owner of the estate without severe time and effort fighting Valerie. We have still not been paid and our contract stated that we would be paid within 30 days of the last day of the sale. Our sale ended on October 11th 2015. Today is December 30th 2015. After I started investigation her business more (something I wish I had done before) I found MANY other people that have been taken by this lady. Just on YElP alone there are over 10 people that have not been paid in the last 12 months! I am currently working towards a lawsuit against this company. Please be warned, I wish I was. Also, check out the YELP reviews for yourself. Again, I wish I had.
