Provided by YP.comGreat service. Tony actually showed up early on a Saturday morning after calling him on Friday to fix a front loading washer. He basically knew what the problem was just based on me describing it to him. It took him about 15 minutes to fix. However, I'd give him a call with any other appliance repairs I need in the future.

Provided by YP.comtech came to my house and gave me a run down of what the problem was with my appliance.told me he had the part but could not do the repair
as it was a 2 man job.i set an appointment for monday between 3.00pm and 6.00pm. i arranged to get off work early to meet the repairman at my house as arranged.
i happened to call the office and i guess i spoke to his manager,who informed me that nobody would be coming to my house to complete the job.he told me the repairman did not have the part and that he would call me later in the week to set up a new appointment.
i told him that was strange as the repairman told me he already had the part.i told him he would not be able to get hold of me as all he had was my home phone number and that i was at work during the day.
i have now told his boss that i will have to take more time off work on friday,as i have alrady paid a $150.00 deposit,which by the way they have already cashed.i have arranged for the repairman to come finish the job at 12.00noon on friday.we will see.

We needed our washing machine repaired and they mislead us in terms of parts availability and cost to replace with a new They never called us with an update, eben though they had committed to a deadline they did not meet. In a subsequent conversation with the owner he threatened to attach a lien on my house if I did not pay for the repair visit and a stocking charge for the part. The fact we had already paid for the repair visit seemed to be lsot on him.
He demonstrated none of the "service" focus you would expect from an owner of a small business, and was incredibly aggressive when challenged.
