I first contacted Workman fence right before Labor Day weekend I called and caught the guy in the middle of a delivery (totally fine I understand that) he asked me to text him some details on the area I needed fenced in. I did and I heard from him after the weekend via text. I told him I had a small area about 30 feet I needed fenced to finish my back yard. I contacted to get a free quote as the website states is available. After I told him the project I needed done he then asked me to do the measurements, tell the type of fence I want and send sketches to his daughter so she could do a rough quote for me to see if I’d still be interested in them doing the fence.
When I see a company is offering free quotes I expect them to do the work ( measurements and sketches ) for the quote not me as the customer. I feel that since I have such a small area to fence I was put on a not so important list. Even though I felt it was the companies job to do the measurements and sketches I still did them. I emailed all the info to the email he told me to and then I texted him to let him know. I have yet to hear from the company about a quote and it’s been two weeks since I got the info to them.
I’m disappointed in this company because they came highly recommended to me. If a company is too busy to take in more projects they should let the inquiring customer know In a timely manner.
