They were on time, very nice and the taxi was clean. The dispatch people very good too. I felt very safe and secure, the driver walked us to our door. Hard working people. I give mad respect!

Would give hem a zero star rating if that was a choice. Worst service and utterly rude! Waited at hospital 3 hours for a pickup. Was told by person answering phone they were there 2x and even came in to the ER desk to ask if anyone called a taxi. Funny, the hospital desk staff didn't see anyone come in either. When I called, they said they are not coming back and hung up on me. It's really a shame that the hospital uses their services, because they are not kind or reliable.

The driver was ok, however the dispatcher thought it was a good idea to call me a "crazy b!tch" yes I called several times, it was pouring rain and I was concerned I missed the taxi.
