Provided by YP.comWell I needed my house power washed and my deck and fence also washed and sealed I called them up spoke to a guy and was told I would get a return call from them 3 weeks later I never heard back from them and have now contacted a different company.
I feel so bad when this happens....either a miscommunication or a dropped ball and BAM; lost opportunity. Of course, there is no excuse acceptable to offer this slighted customer, and unfortunately no way to contact them. I implore miapapisgirl OR any other client that has not received greater than 100% satisfaction to please contact me at the number listed below. In the meantime, we will continue to strive for perfection, but we count on your valuable feedback to correct any shortcomings. Thanks for submitting a review.

Provided by YP.comI needed the roof cleaned, and Richard from the A-Team came out and estimated the project. He also pointed out that green had not been the original color of the siding. I was a little embarrassed, but he calmy reassured me that after today it would never look this bad again, and that I was going "On the Program". After everything was said and done, he gave me an estimate for both services, and of the three estimates that I received A-Team's was in the middle. I decided to use the A-Team because they appeared knowledgable and eager (but not too eager). They arrived when they said they would and even called ahead. The technicians were polite and very careful around my landscaping. My house is the color it originally was and my roof looks great! They even did the sidewalk and chimney at no charge!
The experience described above is our aim for every single client; potential and existing. From inception to completion we achieved our goal and even did a little extra. This review goes in a frame at the office in clear view of every teammate to see; everyday! Thanks Veronica44 for taking the time to submit this Awesome Review!

Provided by YP.comThese guys did a fantastic job on all of my items I needed cleaned. My deck, roof and driveway look fantastic. I would definitely use them again for anything I need power washed.
This is what it's all about....seeing a need for three projects and knockin' it all out at one time! I love it when a plan comes together! Thanks for the awesome review cnnwdnjr1!

Provided by YP.comI wantred to hire these guys for a function and i called them 3 weeks ahead of time and they said they could do it the follwoing week and thatthey would call me back the following day to set the time and date, no calls the first day 2nd or 3rd day so i called them back and they gave me a lame excuse and said they would cal me back the following day again NOTHING at that point i was almost 2 weks into trying to get them to come in before my function and they STILL had lame exuces as to why they didnt call and their last reply to me was we can try to do it next week (during the week of my function) and to top it off they said they woudl call me back.
Bottom Line If you have time to waste and feel like getting the run around and getting nowhere and not getting the job done then pick these guys otherwise if you realy want it done FIND SOMEONE ELSE. This isnt the A-Team they are more like F-Team
This is a tough pill... The person in charge of this account no longer works for our company. It is an unfortunate reality that sometimes "a bad apple spoils the whole bunch". It is our goal to accomodate every potential client equally, with the highest possible standards within our Industry, or any service related industry, for that matter. I accept full responsibility for this situation, and should "Nickowe" read this, I hope that he would call me directly (as your records are lost to us). I would love the opportunity to apologize personally, and offer something for his hardship and mostly the inconveinance. We at the A-Team know there is always room for improvement and we strive to deliver the goals of our mission statement everyday.
