I'm never sure if these types of reviews are real or not, and I don't expect if you're a cynic like me that you'll think this one is either. But I got tired of the Geek Squad, mainly standing around for an hour just to turn my computer over to them, so I decided to take a chance with A to Z.



I was happy with the turn around, I was able to drop my laptop off within 5 minutes and got it back the next day and again was able to pick it up and get out the door within that same 5 minute time-frame.



I did an upgrade from Vista to Win7 and it went fine until the next day when you get the system pack update that's when it crashed. A to Z did a clean install and it cost me about $50 less than at Geek Squad and I didn't have to wait 4 or 5 days to get it back.
