The drivers for this company must never have even passed the Tennessee driver's license test, because they clearly do not know that one shouldn't cut off other cars, especially without using turn signals. 0 for safety and comfort.

I'm under the understand that the company has changed ownership the old company stayed Classic Paradise but a touch of Paradise is by a new owner the vans are clean smoke free and the driver is well groomed and it was hard to get change for big bills but understandable seems they might get into trouble they do take credit cards dispatch was honest and friendly and they called me when my car came to get me very nice not to stand out in the cold thank you for your service

I use Paradise on a regular basis. They are always on time with clean vehicles and friendly drivers. They are a life saver.

a touch of paradise is the best co in knoxville and is the lg co in town knoxville thy have 15 min to most of the call i am a verry big on time but thy or all way on time and all the cars is verry clean and smoke free and the drivers is all way so nice thank you paradise

Usually clean vehicles, driver's usually courteous,they do expect to keep the change. Problems with availability.
