These guys are awful. The dispatcher is rude. I called for a taxi the other morning. When the car didn't show up I called and he told me there was no cab available. I told him he shouldn't have taken my reservation if there was no cab available and I suggested that he should have called me to let me know. He started yelling at me so I hung up.

I called nicely asking for a cab and was explaining the road I live off of because it's a very random location and the man on the phone yelled at me and refused to send a car because I wasn't telling him my exact address. He didn't give me a chance to even say my address. I felt disrespected and very angry. Never had I encountered someone so rude on the phone before.
