I had the opportunity to work with several of the employees unfortunately I only got the name of one Dennis or Dennys he was exceptionally polite and efficient and made a bad situation turn into a good one....I will always use this company.

Our family broke down at 11 at night in the middle of nowhere. Although most tow agencies were unavailable, Jose the driver drove an hour to get to us and then took us home. We got home safely and the 2+ hours drive home was comfortable and went by fast as Jose was great company. This company is professional and we recommend them highly.

A1 towing arrived to tow our RV and wasted 20 minutes attempting to hook up the RV incorrectly despite our advice that they were not using the right equipment. Then after half an hour they told us they couldn't tow us and didnt have the correct parts. Then they left us stranded and drove away without giving any information on if they were coming back or not. They never returned.
