David and his associate arrived on time with mask on to repair our washing machine shut off valves. They were cautious, client friendly and very professional. Their humor will keep one in laughter and I will recommend their service to any and all that inquire.

Contacted the Hampton office and requested a house call for a leak in the downstairs toilet coming from under the woodwork. Jeremy responded to my request within the hour and surveyed the problem. It took some detective work on his part to locate the source which was a break in a tee junction high up in the wall. Jeremy quickly replaced the tee with upgraded material and things were back to working fine. Jeremy was courteous, professional, fast and a good detective - thanks. Ron Boykin

We had a Sewer drain issue. We called A-1. David came out. He used his camera to determine we had a root issue inside our drain. He snaked the line to Clear as much as he could. He then suggested a more permanent solution. He gave me a quote to replace a section of drain. We decided to go forward with the work. David and his coworker came out and replaced the old terricada line with PVC. They both had a can do attitude and no matter what obstacle they faced they had a plan and took care or it. I would recommend A-1 for any plumbing work you might need. Larry.

Steve was very professional in explaining what he was going to do before he did it. There was no surprises. He cleaned up after the both jobs were completed. I was very well pleased with his work.

I will ALWAYS use A1 Sewer and Drain! I was raised in the city and so it goes without saying once I moved into my home that I didn't know anything about plumbing maintenance or repairs. I had no clue I had a serious water leak until I kept getting high water bills. A1 Sewer and Drain found it underneath my driveway! The line was 30 years old and they installed a brand new one for me without disturbing the driveway at all. They even worked in the rain to get the job done on time for me. They educated me, I learned a lot, appreciate their service and trust me, they are the ones to call!!!

Technician Jeremy did a wonderful job. I called maybe 30 mins before he showed up. What great service. He unclogged my kitchen/washer drain quickly and efficiently! No mess, No fuss! And he was courteous to boot! Hey Jimmy in the office, you were right on the money! By the way, I got an estimate from Roto-Rooter for more than TWICE the amount that A-1 charged! GREAT SERVICE AT GREAT PRICES, what more could you ask for? I am def a customer for life!

Your technician Jason did a superb job. Got to our home quickly, went right to work unclogging two drains. We had two licensed plumbers attempt to clear a bathtub drain and a drain in the kitchen wet bar, without success. Two hours after ariving, Jason had competed the work and we are delighted to have our plumbing working as it should for the first time since we bought our house 15 years ago. The price was right and Jason was a pleasure to deal with. A really great experience and I would suggest anyone with a slow clearing drain to contact A1 first and save yourself some time and money.
