We called Max Miller to come out for an estimate. He came out and completed the estimate, e-mailed a detailed estimate to me and i specifically told him i would be in contact with him after i received approval from my boss. He went on to start the job without hearing back from ME personally. Leaving the screen partially hanging and without a definite "go ahead" to start the job. So the next day i called him back to come out and finished what he started since we didn't want to leave the screen in that condition. I got a refusal to complete the job, he wanted to argue with me, and a nasty attitude, and told us "No, I dont want your business". We would not recommend anybody like Max. It is clear that he does not have the best interest in building or sustaining a successful company.

Exceptional could be an understatement. Following a storm which sent a large pint branch through our enclosure, Max from A1A came right over. He surveyed our damage and asked if there was anything else he could help with while he was quoting the repair. We reviewed several other minor issues and he was straight forward with his recommendations, even suggesting how we could manage a few on our own and save some money. The estimate was well within reason and the work was completed without our presence, allowing us not to miss work. His work is exemplary and Max delivered everything he quoted plus! We would certainly recommend this company for similar work and I would not hesitate, based on our experience, recommending him for more complex requests. Our screen looks great!

Talked to Max on Friday - he schduled appt. for Sunday - we agreed to 12 noon. Max never showed up - nor did he call. I called him on Monday to see what happened - He said he "got busy and didn't make it." I said were you too busy to dial the phone and cancel the appt, I waited all afternoon for you to show up. He said he was sorry and would come today (Monday) - I said no thanks and hung up.



Max had told me on Friday he would give me a good price if I gave him a good review on Yellowpages.com - here's your review Max -- no show = bad rating!!

I was looking for quotes on a screen repair for my Condo and A1A was much cheaper than the competition. When they fixed the broken screen they actually replaced the screen next to it for free. I give them my highest approval rating

This company - Max - did a fantastic job with my screen repairs and cleaned up all around the screens so they are like new! He get's my highest recommendation! Thanks, Max!
