These people will lie to you and say they're on the way and never get there. All I wanted to do was get to Kroger's and after waiting 1+ hours for them when I called them back I received no answer. I STRONGLY advice against using them at all.

This is the 3rd time in 4 months they don't show up when they say they will and they won't answer their phone after no-shows. You can NOT rely on them for transportation! BEWARE! Extremely poor service.

Waited for 1.5 hrs with NO show. Even after call back.
