Provided by YP.comWe recently moved from Anchorage to the lower 48. We provided them with our new address before we left the state. We were told it would take 4-6 weeks for our belongings to arrive. I called and gave them our new phone numbers when we arrived in our new city. At the end of the 3rd week, I called to see if we could track our belongings. I was told a dispatcher would call me right back, but no one called. I called again the following week, and was again told a dispatcher would call me right back. I still did not receive a call back. I called for a third time today (it's now been almost 5 weeks). Finally, I was transferred to someone who could track our belongings only to be informed that they have been sitting in Seattle for 5 days because they didn't have our new address and couldn't reach us by phone to find out our new address. Obviously, they never put the new address and phone numbers we gave them in our file. Now, it's going to be 2 more weeks before our belongings get here because we have to wait a week for our belonging to even make it out of storage onto a truck. Our 4-6 weeks will be 7 weeks assuming they don't make any more mistakes. I strongly recommend not using this company.
