I contracted with this company on good faith that they could perform an important environmental compliance task by the deadline required. They took my money, but never completed the task. I not only lost that money, but the failure to complete the task cost me a great deal of money and stress.

I trusted the hispanic man who was my representative, but when the owner of the company called me to collect on a bill he cursed me and screamed at me even though he often sent me bills for work not done, yet. The man I trusted had an argument with his boss over this incident and was later fired, partially for standing up for his clients.
