When we left on our vacation we were picked up in a very nice gentlemen in a very nice Towncar and were very satisfied. When we got back, we called for pick-up and after a short wait were picked up by a dirty old cab that stunk so bad my wife and I were almost sick by the time we got home. The cigarette smell was horrible, and the cab was so dirty we didn't even put on our seat belts. I could literally not get the smell off me once we got home. I immediately called the office to be told they ran out of cars. But we booked it weeks in advance. Tuff luck. Screw that. I don't mind riding a cab home instead of the Towncar but at least make it a respectable cab service. We saw several nice cabs at the Airport, but this thing was a smoking old chevy out some bad dream. Than the guy was offended that I called to complain. Now I'm just hoping I can get that smell off my coat without have to pay for the cleaners.
