They took the $100 deposit and never came to install the carpet once we got in hold with them and we asked for the deposit back and they said was not refundable very disappointing service definitely not recommended

The only reason why I gave one start was to be able to post this. This company is not trust worthy and does not provide good customer service or quality work. They did not complete the job and are avoiding my phone calls. I was promised they would finish the job a few times and they never showed up! I’ve been trying to get a hold of them since January to get this resolved. I have a bedroom closet without carpet and they also pieced together the carpet in the master bed bedroom and it is now coming undone. The staircase also has areas that were pieced together. They were quick to come out for the estimate and to do the job but didn't finish. It was my mistake for paying them in full and trusting that they would hold up their end of the contract and complete the job. I hope this review helps others from getting scammed by this company!
